FLORIDA PLACES AND DESTINATIONS :
PALM BEACH SHORES

Palm Beach Shores, Florida

Years ago Palm Beach Shores was known as a sleepy little community of fishermen, favored for its proximity to the Gulf Stream. Today, located on the southern tip of Singer Island, bordering Riviera Beach on the north, the Atlantic Ocean on the east and Lake Worth Lagoon on the west, Palm Beach Shores is now a favored vacation spot.

Palm Beach Water Taxi provides daily narrated sightseeing Palm Beach “Now & Then” tours, sunset tours, island tours and snorkel tours.

There is a shuttle service to and from Peanut Island Environmental Park daily. Peanut Island preserves the area’s marine and plant life. It features an 86-acre park that offers picnic and beach areas, a snorkeling lagoon, swimming platforms, floating docks, Seminole Indian-style chickee huts and museum.

Some of the other attractions and landmarks in or around Palm Beach Shores are Phil Foster Park and Sailfish Marina.
