SANTA ROSA BEACH

Santa Rosa Beach is part of Florida known as the Beaches of South Walton – a collection of 14 eclectic beach communities, characterized by dazzling sugar-white sands, sea oats, sand dunes, and brilliant emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Beaches of South Walton holds the designation as the only destination in the country to have all 26 miles of coastline certified as "Blue Wave Beaches,"an environmental seal of approval from the Clean Beaches Council.
Topsail Hill State Preserve, a secluded beach area in Santa Rosa Beach, is a three-mile span of undeveloped beach front property that was identified as the most pristine and environmentally protected piece of coastal property in Florida. Attaché magazine named Topsail Hill State Preserve one of the "Great Wilderness Beaches,” and the Travel Channel named this prestigious preserve as one of the “Nation’s Top Secret Beaches.”
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area, hailed as the "Best Beach in the US" by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, this crown jewel of Santa Rosa Beach lives up to its reputation. The park features 1,133 acres of pristine coastal vegetation, a stunning stretch of beach and beautiful Western Lake.
The Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club was named the "purest golf on the Panhandle" by Golf Magazine. Featuring 18 holes of challenging golf winding through pure white sands, pristine ponds and lush vegetation, this course offers the area's only gulf-front holes.
Santa Rosa Beach is also known for its colorful Caribbean-style artist colony.
